Freedom2Surf users unable to connect this morning
Some users are unable to access their F2S broadband this morning, and are instead getting an error or a BT Wholesale webpage.
Some users have reported on our forums this morning (01/01/09) that they are unable to access their f2s broadband, some receiving CHAP errors, others landing on the BT Wholesale Service Page.
There at this time (1136 hrs) is nothing on the f2s service status, and f2s are not answering the telephones yet there is nothing on their website about their opening hours over the holiday period unlike recent years where this information was made available to customers.

We'll update this post on our forums if/when we have more information.
Update 3:00pm: Users are now reporting that they have been able to connect again since about 2pm.
