New Members Area - Issues Update
TalkTalk have released an update regarding problems that freedom2surf customers have been having with the new MyTalkTalk Business Portal which has replaced the freedom2surf members area.

As part of the migration to the TalkTalk Businessbilling and support systems on 31.1.2011, we have replaced the original Freedom2Surf member’s area with the MyTalkTalkBusiness.co.uk portal.
We are unfortunately seeing a number of unforeseen issues with the new portal and we are currently working to resolve these issues
The recognised issues are:
1.- The overall speed of the site:
This is being addressed and will be improved, it’s not what we’d expect
2.- The manage mailbox functionality:
These features are going to be returned shortly and will include some exiting new functions that previously didn’t have. You will now have the ability to manage the spam and antivirus protection levels, and have a view of your spam folder via either IMAP or Webmail
3.- The zonefile management of domains:
The ability to amend your Name Servers, edit your zone files, or setup URL redirection will all be returned.
Please accept our apologies for the disruption to your service.
