Problem re transferring out

I have a friend who wants me to help him get his domain transferred away from Freedom2Surf. However, the F2S website site gives no instructions for obtaining the necessary EPP authorization code.

Does anyone here know how to go about obtaining the code?

(The telephone numbers given on the F2S website as their contact numbers seem not to exist when you try to ring them. I get the impression that F2S simply don't want anyone to be able to contact them, or to be able to transfer out from them).

I did exactly that.

I sent a request on the 5th, followed it up on the 6th and followed it up today.

No response at all, apart from the autoresponder..


I suppose they want me to call them on their 10p a minute helpdesk number.
What a crock...
