Can't access my FTP Site
I sucessfully uploaded a number of photos to my FTP site on Sunday using SmartFTP. Using exactly the same settings yesterday and again today I can't access the site.
There is probably a very simple solution but I would appreciate some advice as to finding it. Thanks Morelli |

What error do you get? I think in SmartFTP there is a space at the top showing the commands go by, and it should give some reason/error in there as to what went wrong.
Like Chaz says though, if you are using the right login details and it says they are wrong you'll need to contact F2S.

Yes that's a username/password problem, so they'll have to fix it.

F2Surf have sorted out the problem. I said it would be a simple solution.
I had enabled the Webmaster account which was the root of the problem. Advice was to disable and now I can access the site. Please don't ask 'Why did he enable that?' Morelli |
