FTP connection not working
Hello. Hope someone can help. I tried to connect to my F2S site and domain name website using FTP Commander, but can't get a connection today. Do I need to change some settings or something?

Tried connecting using command prompt. I can get as far as password, but when I give it, login fails. Any clues what's going on?

Hello Chaz. I enetered the new username in the "User ID" box of FTP Commander, and I get a connection which shows a public_html file for the f2s website, but I used to be able to see another domain website file for a site hosted by f2s. That's missing (although the website's working okay). How do I connect with this missing file?

Yes, the username format was changed with the migration to the new platform (you should have been emailed about this by F2S).

Do you mean you used to login and be able to change the files for two websites? If so, I would imagine you now have to login using a different login for each website (so you have username@domain1.com for one website, and username@domain2.com to login for the other website).
