F2S - What have you done to my website!

I've been migrated over today. Now my OSCommerce site no longer works properly!
When I click on any of the products, it says 'product not found'. I've checked the database and they're there, and if I login into the admin toolbox they are there as well.

!!! !!!

Anyone else using OSCommerce and had their website migrated recently?

Ben.

Just so I have got this right.

Your .f2s.com domain forwards to another domain which is hosted elsewhere and this links back to your f2s database?

I have sent this over to our engineers to look into in the mean time.

You could try running the site under PHP4 to see if that fixes it. Uncomment the AddHandler line F2S have added to the .htaccess file in your public_html folder so it runs under PHP4.

Nope, I own the http://www.shop-that-sells-nice-things.co.uk/ domain name, which forwards to http://www.benlambert.f2s.com/catalog
The f2s webspace talks to the f2s database.

Shall I open a support ticket?

Ben.

That's partially fixed it, some of the products are now showing if you click on them directly from the main page, but there are error messages on the screen. Also some of the product categories now show no products when there are some.

This thread on the osCommerce forums has a possible solution for the errors:

http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=273056

Don't know about the problem with product categories - asking at the osCommerce forums would probably be best.

The other option is to try searching their forums to see if you can make any changes to get it working right under PHP5 (I did see a few threads about that). The PHP developers are dropping support for PHP4 at the end of the year (and presumably F2S will stop offering it sometime after), so you'll need to move to PHP5 sometime.
