Have these gone fubar' in the last few days? I have saturday stats showing as everything '0' even though it should have at least 100 hits from when I went on it, seeing as I average around 7000 hits a day there one to have 0 is kind of weird.

Also, why has it updated at 8:30am instead of 11:15am like it normally does? Seeing as I now have limited stats for todays, which dont normally come in until the following day O_o

Anyone else noticed anythng ?

Same problem for me, that day shows as zero and today's stats are limited.

Hi ...

Website logfiles are missing for the past 5 days. They are listed up to the 24th March. The 26th is also available. 27th-31st March are missing, as is the 25th March.

Any idea what I can do? Raise a ticket I guess?

I guess this might be related to webalizer not working. Looks like webalizer and FTP logs haven't been updated since 26th (they haven't for me).

Well that's just fannnnntastic. I don't normally need the logs, but right now I do need them for the past 3 days.... just when the bloody thing fails.

Ya know, what with that and the dial-up speeds, F2S are REALLY starting to p*** me off!!!!

My stats (in the members area) have stopped on 27th March. Also, on two days prior to them stopping, one day was reported as zero, the other as 15 accesses (my average is about 1000/day).

Trouble ticket to f2s has elicited no response.

Anyone else got problems with webalizer stats or is it just me?

Well, I have the same problem and raised a ticket last Friday (with no feedback response) obviously there is something major going on.

Nine or so days without the 'statistics and logging service', which is stated being as included with the "product description" is hardly good going with regards to their service obligations.

Still no resolution to this problem! I have raised a ticket today - if enough people do the same, maybe they will do something about it. As well as the missing days in March, there has been nothing since 4th April.

Since my last post, logs for 5th and 6th April have magically appeared, but nothing further. Maybe F2S are in the process of restoring from backups. However, I'd really appreciate just a hint of what is happening at the other end!

I was sent the following in response to an open ticket on this earlier today:

"I have been informed that the issue is still ongoing and is being
looked into. At this present time I am unable to give you an ETA as to when
this will be resolved but please be aware that it is being worked on at this
very moment."

How long ago did you report the problem MattyRob?

At least they are aware and, more importantly, doing something about it.

First ticket was lodged on 1st April (maybe they thought I was joking!)

A reply on the 7th said everything was back to normal - which I responded to saying "no it isn't"

Got a response on the 10th to this saying the stats were still being generated! I pointed out this was rubbish and then got the final email as detailed above.

I set a ticket on this back towards the end of march ( see previous post ) only way I got them to budge was to pm stephen_f2s on the boards, he was quick about it and I got a response the same day. The webalizer stats appeared to be back online ( 4th I believe ) but then die again the following day. Given up on it since =/

I have been having problems with my Webalizer soon. I e-mailed support and they told me that it's now being updated. My stats are slowly getting there where it's over a week behind!

I've just checked and www log files are now available for 27th-29th March.

25th March is still missing, as is 8th April - present.
