Opting Out of Tiscali User

Best wishes on your new venture but I do not want to be part of it.

I am trying to follow these opt-out instructions:

if you wish to cancel your account here please send an email to cancel@freedom2support.net before 3pm Sunday afternoon.

I get this in response:

550 Requested action was not taken because this server doesn't handle mail for that user

I wish to exercise my right to opt out.

Several of you have sent us emails saying you wish to cancel from different email addresses than you have registered for the forums with.

If you do not email us from the exact email address you signed up with we cannot remove your details, so please ensure you do this so we can remove your details.

The address I signed up with is defunct, so I changed it in the control panel before opting out.

Thanks, I tried again and so far have received neither an acknowledgement nor a bounce.
