The Fourth Yearly Freedom2Support User Survey designed to get your views on the Freedom2Support website alongside Freedom2Surf Products and Services is now live.

The survey is split into several different sections dealing with different parts of the Freedom2Support Website and Freedom2Surf services offered. The Survey has been expanded from last year and includes refined and additional questions, including those on the takeover by Tiscali.. Again Prizes are on offer for the user with the most valuable feedback, this year we have a USB wifi memory stick to give away.

The following sections are included:
Page 1: How you found Freedom2Support, how often you use it and the website in general
Page 2: Features of Freedom2Support, how you feel they can be improved and how you rate them.
Page 3: Questions about the freedom2surf products and services you use and how you find them.
Page 4: General questions about Freedom2Surf
Page 5: Questions relating to contact with Freedom2Surf themselves.
Page 6: Questions relating to the takeover of Freedom2Surf by Pipex
Page 7: Prospective changes to the Freedom2Support site, what we do well, and what we do not so well.

Results and Feedback:
All the results and responses will be collated after the final deadline of 5th November. Results will be posted on the Freedom2Support website on the provisional date of 18th November.

If your survey comments require an email response from Freedom2Support you should expect to receive this within 7 days of submission whilst questions to Tiscali will be submitted, subject to change, the second week in November.

oh goody, that came around quick

filled survey out, glad I didn't have to send it using royal mail

just checking, what is a "USB wifi memory stick", mistake?

a usb flash memory stick, or a usb wifi adapter?

18. If you are on a speed higher than 2MB, Do you get somewhere near the advertised speed of your product most of the time?

Not sure how we are meant to answer that - the advertised speed of the product is 'Up to' 8Mbps, therefore I don't expect to get 8Mbps.

I didn't fill it in as it asked about the f2support team and it would have been biased if I had said "THEY RULE!" ...

Still have email and domain registration with f2s.
