Future of Freedom2Support

Dear All,

As you may have read this afternoon Tiscali has acquired the broadband customer base of Pipex Group, which covers freedom2surf, Nildram, Homecall, Bulldog and Pipex Retail customers amongst others.

Freedom2Support assures all users that following such takeover there will be no change in the short-term to the running of the Freedom2Support Website, we will carry on as normal. We have however purchased several domains to keep our options open for a possible expansion of the site in the future.

We are fully prepared for the effects of this takeover, and behind the scenes have been working for many weeks on a structure to ensure we can move forward in a way that continues to help our users. Freedom2Support is commited to helping our users out through what may be difficult times ahead.

Very shortly we will be compiling a list of questions for Tiscali to answer in relation to current freedom2surf customers and the future. Please post in this thread with the questions you would like asked and we will enedavour to get answers on the key queries.

Further updates will be provided in due course.
