Connectivity Issues
We are currently investigating a core network outage affecting broadband customers connecting to their service. The issue is being addressed as priority by our network engineers and we will update this message as soon as we have new information. Please accept our apologies for the disruption.

Engineers have advised the fault has now been resolved. Please reboot your ADSL equipment and retest your connection. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Technical Support.
