Core network outage
We are currently investigating a problem on our core network that is affecting a number of customers establishing a connection to the internet. Our network engineers are investigating this as a high priority and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The problems with the core network have now been resolved. If you are still having problems please power cycle your broadband equipment before contacting support. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
