LLU Support Is Now 24/7

Helen from Freedom2Surf has made a post over at the thinkbroadband.com forums saying that LLU Support is now 24/7.

I would guess this is referring the phone support for those on LLU lines which previously was restricted to office hours for Freedom2Surf and Nildram customers. I think this may only refer to Pipex LLU lines and not LLU lines provided via Easynet, but we need to check on that.

Edit: Helen has posted to confirm this only applies to users with Pipex LLU lines.

Interesting. Last time I used Pipex LLU support it was via a referral (and problem reference) from f2s support. I wonder if that now means you can go direct to Pipex support rather than through f2s?

Apologies for not posting on this forum, it was an oversight on my part.

The post applies to the Pipex LLU service, all other support remains as is.

Customers on Pipex LLU would have been sent direct communication from us advising of the details, please send me a pm with your account details if you no longer have this information.

With regards to the support for the other F2S services, we are looking at the operating hours and are hoping we can extend them, however this is not an easy or quick task.

Why not?

Customers on the LLU product at UK Online/SKY get free 24/7 support so its not as if the resources aren't *available*.

And you guys have been using Easynet LLU now for 2 years.
