Problems Receiving Email
Users on our forums this evening are reporting problems receiving email to their Freedom2Surf addresses since sometime this afternoon. Our tests suggest email currently isn't getting through to @f2s.com inboxes, but is getting through to @username.f2s.com inboxes. However some users are reporting email to their @username.f2s.com inboxes isn't working either.
The Freedom2Surf System Status website currently makes no mention of this problem. This outage is being discussed here in our email forum. Update 10:05am 29/08: Freedom2Surf raised an alert on their website at 8:18am this morning, just under 12 hours after users started reporting problems on our forums. Freedom2Surf say they are investigating the problem and will update their site when they know more.
