Problems Downloading Email
Since about midday users have been reporting problems downloading email. We think it is an intermittent problem with one server, and similar problems have happened earlier in the month. Currently the Freedom2Surf System Status website mentions no problems with the email service.
This problem is being discussed in our Email & Webmail forum Update 1st April: There have been no more reports of this problem so we assume it was fixed or went away sometime yesterday afternoon.
