F2s Phone system down

Freedom2surf’s phone system is currently down. This is preventing us from receiving or making calls. Our phone engineers are looking into this as a high priority to try and find a solution for the phone system issues. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I can see why you would think this. However when there is a hidden reason, normally they will not say the phone system is down, normally some other excuse such as a "Fire Drill"

Not saying there are not genuine fire drills as there are. But just speaking from past experience.
