Question livebox 4758

I am new to wireless!
When I try my Belkin adapter in Lymington, I get signal 'livebox 4758' but I need password code to connect.
I would be grateful if anyone can tell me if this is an available connection signal from F2S or somebody's private network nearby.
With thanks
John

Just on this its very good traveling by train back from London Kings Cross to Leeds on GNER, at one point I picked up nearly 80 wifi connections, fine 1 was the GNER train, but 79 other ones, and most were guessable as to the Device as they were called Livebox, BTHomeHub, BTVoyager, Dlink etc but from my looking at them whilst stopped at a station is that most, i would probably say over 90% were protected at teh very first level of having a form of authentication on them which is good, now i didnt try hacking them to see how good it was but its a nice sign to see that the message about just locking it down to a simple level is good rather than leaving it wide open.
