Members Area Outage

Freedom2Surf appear to be experiencing some database problems on their website and associated services this morning.

Effects of this problem are causing users being unable to login to their members area, being unable to order new products and not being able to access BT Outage or Capacity information.

Update: This issue was resolved at 9:19am.

The database server is back up and running, you should be able to log into your members area as normal.

It may be running a bit slow for a while whilst it catches up.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Regards
Helen

Yes, an engineer is on his way to telehouse now to investigate further.

We are in the process of building replacement servers and will be starting the migration onto the new servers very soon.

Customers will be contacted as and when this will happen.

I will keep you updated on the issues being experienced today.

Regards
Helen

The webservers seem to be running normally again, engineers will continue to monitor.
