Wi Fi use
I am going to be travelling around the UK for the next month or so and would like to use F2s wifi. Would I need to re-register to use this service or can I log in with my F2s account details?
Any advice most welcome. Stiff |

According to the tutorial here you just use your normal members area login. I don't see why you would need to re-register. Its just another service you can have under your account, just like you can add a domain name or hosting or freedom2phone.

wherever there is a BT openzone access point (which is most airports etc) you just log ito the service provider zone and enter your f2s usrname and password.
ive been using it since it's launch and if you pm me i'll give you some very, very helpful info |

I have tried this a few times but it doesn't seem to work for me. I connect to BT Openzone, find the web page, select f2s as my provider, and in the box for existing members i enter my members username and password - but it fails telling me my username/password is incorrect (it's the same one I use to log in to the members area).
Do I need to activate it or something? |

Wifi
Hi
I have been using F2s wifi and it works a treat, have only had one problem outside a Macdonalds when the signal wasnt too good. I log in with my normal details. Not sure where yours have been going wrong, but sure someone from F2s support team will be able to help. Steve |

OK I've figured it out. It seems it only works with IE (not Firefox)

Can I use The Cloud
If I buy a voucher from the BT openzone site that enables me to use wifi points operated by The Cloud as well as openzone.
Can I use thef2s 'pay as you go service' at The Cloud? Aslo, the quoted price is 10p/minute. Is that include VAT or not? |

What has happened to the f2s wi-fi service
you know me well richard obviously
but what do u mean?On to my main point. What has happened to the hotspot service as i've tried to connect using F2S as the service provider then my members area login at stansted, glasgow and heathrow airports as well as in hotels in liverpool and central london over the past two weeks with no success. It's not the hotspots or BT as I can connect in the same areas using the same hostpot with another provider, namely 02. Has the hotspot service been withdrawn Stephen PS - your hotspot list on the f2s main website is out of date |

I'm going to take a guess that something broke somewhere and nobody noticed until you mentioned it, but maybe I'm wrong?
