Mail Services - Incoming mail delays

Our engineers have advised of an issue with our anti-spam servers are the root cause of the email delays. Whilst work on these systems is being carried out to resolve the issues anti-spam scanning will be disabled. Emails coming into customers mailboxes will not have been actively scanned for spam messages, this may result in a higher number of spam messages being received.
