ADSL / SDSL - Phone System Outage.
We are currently experiencing problems with our internal phone system which may cause some customer's calls to drop from the call queues or whilst they are talking to one our team.
We would ask that should your call not be urgent that you call back in 1 hour’s time when things should be back to normal. This public ticket will be updated within the next hour.
