It's worth bearing in mind the competition though (from BBC News):
Tiscali - 668 out of 1,000 Virgin Media - 660 Sky - 657 AOL - 646 Orange - 636 Pipex - 634 Talk Talk - 630 BT - 626 All this shows is that they're the least worst out of a select bunch. The score is on satisfaction for "performance, reliability, customer service and technical support", so only getting between 62% and 67% isn't hugely impressive (and that's not a huge difference between them either). Breaking News: Tiscali is the best of all Italian ISPs operating in the UK which recently took over Pipex!  (Stupid statistics.) Mike. |
