that is a very clever use of wording and good luck to them on it.
The only _possible_ downside, if it even is a downside, is that everyone on extreme goes on the same pipe so if there is an influx of people on it all hammering p2p 24/7 then it's reasonable to expect that your avaialble total bandwidht is going to be restricted. If that don't bother you then fill yer boots since the IPS doesn't care what speed you get as long as they don't have to "tell" you they are restricting your speed

Fernandez's comments are quite accurate. I have something of a passing familiarity with ISP T&C and this one has some real nasty sharp edges.
For example, there are a number of statements to the effect that Turbo Solutions Internet Communications Ltd may change 'xyz' which are not further qualified in any way! However, their biggest get-out clause is right at the beginning:- Quote:
