It's a bit strange when it says that they are being sacked but replaced, it seems to suggest cheaper staff?
I've had no experience with any of those departments within Pipex, and no idea how they are going to replace them - but I hope they are not going to make them scapegoats rather than looking at much bigger problems such as the way certain brands such as f2s are being run which is outside of their control.
