Images in hyperlinks - uncommon problem

I run a photography forum (Inspiring Photography), where two of the users have reported that they cannot see images - if the image is a hyperlink (check out the random thread images for example). Given that every other user does not have the problem, I'm convinced that it is something specific to their PC. Has anyone came across this before and if so, what is the solution?

Nice website John
No problems here - WinXP Pro + Opera

Just a thought, ask if they have security software that 'looks-out' for hidden links.
You can see why this could be a good idea (re-directs etc)

cheers

Thanks NewsreadeR and David.

David, good suggestion about the security software. I do wonder if it is something like that given that every man and his dog can see the images apart from these two.

Could it be the display images option in the vBulletin control panel?

Thanks acidtechno. That is the same combination that I (and one of the problem users) use.

Good suggestion, but as they can normally see images that are not hyperlinks, I wasn't too confident about that being the answer. I did check their user settings from within the AdminCP, and their browsing options are set to display images. Thanks anyway.

Another good thought, but I know one of them has tried both IE7 and Firefox, so it is not a Firefox addon, but more likely some other software or setting that is to blame.
