F2S Authoritive DNS Server Maintenance
F2S Authoritive DNS Server Maintenance 01/04/08 01.00am - 02.00am
During the early hours of Tuesday morning our core network engineers will be carrying out maintenance work on our authoritive DNS servers. There should be no impact to customers during the maintenance. never came up in my new posts thing on here :S strange, and then agen no mail from them either bout it meh who cares I dont use there DNS anymore, use my own far easier at times

Hmm, that's strange. It should show up in new posts. This isn't about their recursive/caching DNS servers that users would use directly to resolve the domains of all websites they visit. This is about their authoritative DNS servers for the domains they control. They make things like freedom2surf.net resolve, or username.f2s.com addresses resolve to the right server (Linux or Windows hosting). They also hold the reverse DNS records for all Freedom2Surf IP addresses. They're pretty important.
