Waste of time?

I just (1830 29th October) received a 'survey' email, so I did it. On sending my answers I received :-

All the results and responses will be collated after the final deadline of 27th October. Results will be posted on the Freedom2Support website on the provisional date of 10th November.

If your survey comments require an email response from Freedom2Support you should expect to receive this within 7 days of submission whilst questions to Tiscali will be submitted, subject to change, the first week in November.

The dates were changed in the main article and on the mailing, but not on the thank you page, the correct deadline is 5th November.
