ATM Encapsulation Authentication

Has anyone else been without internet access for a week while Easynet & F2S combine to give "priority" to an issue? It worries me that F2S claim that their Easynet account manager, "...is well aware of the severity of this
problem and is dealing accordingly...". Dealing accordingly??? So far this has resulted in nothing at all - in 7 days! I am exasperated but will F2S let you speak to anyone in authority, (if you can even get them to answer the phone) - will they heck. They even claim to not need a complaints proceedure because they receive so few. I find that hard to believe...

Has anyone else migrated to F2S only to regret it? I'd be interested to know...

I think in general its only you lucky LLU people who are having major problems, after reading all the problems - i know if Easynet LLU was rolled out at my exchange tomorrow i'd not even consider it! My nice stable 1meg connection is doing me just fine
If you ever have problems getting through try phoning as the lines open or in the morning, from past comments on the board it seems the lines are less busy then!

good luck with your easynet problem!

If they said that then they are speaking utter nonsense. They have a complaints procedure as documented in their Code of Practice (which involves speaking to a manager, which it sounds like you've already tried). If you have been without Internet for a week it sounds like they need to increase the priority of your issue somewhat.
