telephony access dial code prefix

I can't find the dial code prefix anywhere on the f2s site, even the members area -- can anyone remind me what it it?

I last used the service last year but I've forgotten what the code is, and a friend who's also on f2s told me recently it had changed anyway.

so has anyone used it recently?

Thanks Justin, I'd already tried there which was why I asked the question!

If anyone's used it recently *someone* must have the number...

I'm beginning to think this telephony thing is a myth, if not, it's a very closely guarded secret. It's almost as if f2s are not interested in people using this service. I pointed out a while back, that some of their prices listed (the most used ones)are dearer than BT, and I was informed that this was wrong, and was going to be changed. It's hardly the way to encourage anyone to take up the offer! There is presumibly something in this for f2s or they would not be trying it, but to me, they seem to employ some strange tactics to get people on board.

I don't think they are interested. I sent an Email last Friday, asking sales for details of the telephone service. No reply yet. So I probably won't bother. As for the prefix code, it's obviously top secret. A basic principle of marketing seems to have been set aside here.i.e Once you have gained a customer, you can sell them extra profitable services at no extra sales cost. Oh dear f2s. You may be techies, but your marketing and business skills certainly need brushing up.

I have the prefix code as 1258, another query, I understood that when this service was originally announced ( Feb 03 ) it was to be free to F2S users , all you had to do was input the code and dial away, now the service is avaliable for a one off fee, or was I originally mistaken
