Hi all,
Having tried FS2 for going on 12 months I have decided to leave, I see that I can mail a request for a MAC code but what details are needed in the mail? (sent a mail before Xmas but no reply) do I also have to cancel my account or is that automatic?

I was originally looking for an alternative to cable but ADSL has proved unreliable, too many disconnections.
Could be the modem or the line but either way although cable is more expensive it is very reliable.
As a sky subscriber I have decided to take their £5 package as a backup to cable, my sprogs play online games so the cable can be very congested at times, I also get a new modem to replace my cheap £19.99 job

Try phoning them.

Its a monthly contract, so you should have no problems getting a MAC. I have heard the SKY are not accepting MAC migrations, so you will have to get ADSL removed totally from your line and then get SKY to reconnect. I would check that out first though.
