Capacity usage details no longer appearing

Since Xmas I haven't been able to see any capacity usage details, it always says "None yet recorded. Updated every morning" -- I'm on the 2Mb/s 5Gb capped service. Anyone else have the same problem?
Not only that, we stopped getting billed for phone calls (we switched to F2S CPS last year) several months ago, and in spite of multiple phone calls to F2S this hasn't been fixed, and I'm worried about getting a huge phone bill at some point -- again, anyone else with this problem?

Ahhhh!!!!! While i admire both your honesty and your foresight to ensure you don't get lumped with a massive bill surely you would think that no capacity details means exactly that...keep on going unless indicated otherwise. I know a few users here have had this but unfortunately not me (up to now)
