German news server
I know others on here use the free german news server. I have not been able to connect since last evening, is anybody else having problems?

If your talking about News.CIS.DFN.DE, it has changed names and is now called News.Individual.NET.

I was very impressed that the error message from FreeAgent told me what the new server name was when it failed to connect to the old name.

Yeah, I read that news clients had been doing that, IIRC I read about that on uk.telecom.mobile as I posted a couple of things on there yesterday on behald of the g/f and noticed a topic in there about the server change and people were automatically being directed to the new name.

Yeah I got the same message from Thunderbird 0.5. I found that News.Individual.NET refused to let me in, however News.Individual.DE did. Keep that in mind if you have problems.
