Dire speeds

Past week or 2 my connection speeds have been absolutely stinking. Download speeds have been lower than my upload speed which is unacceptable on any level. Quite often download is 0.3 - 0.5Mbps, more regularly towards 0.3Mbps. I also know people fairly local to me who are on F2S that are also suffering the same problem. An given that the F2S status on the site is always glowing green, what the smeg is going on?? Though given that TalkTalk have taken over, can i assume safely that this has something to do with it? Given a cpl of months ago i'd be connecting around 4+mb peak times an 6mb+ offpeak this is currently a joke.

Exactly the same issues here, currently my download speed is 320 Kbps, with upload standing at 416 Kbps.

Any help would be appreciated.

My download speeds aren't good (although not as bad as yours) 1.6Mbps instead of the usual 6Mbps.

no real improvement after a call to tech services despite them admitting they've had a number of callers with same issue but without going into specifics as what that issue might be. Just told to keep doing speedtests an callback...prolly for more guff an speedtests. Speed might be acceptable for BT, but given what i've been use to for last few years why should now accept sub par??
