I just updated our status page with the statement below....

We will be carrying out emergency maintenance to our core network between the hours of Midnight and 5am on the Tue the 16th June. This will affected a large portion of broadband customers. The work will result in an outage of up to 3 hours, we are carrying this work out after hours to minimize impact to customers.
Once the work is complete we expect to see those affected services reconnect normally. If customers are still seeing a problem after 5am we need them to please reboot their ADSL hardware and router before talking to support.
We will update this ticket at 08H30 on the 16th with further information or confirmation of the work being successfully completed. Please accept our apologies for the disruption to service.
