Escalation Contact?

Does anyone have an email address/name to escalate support issues to?
I logged an issue a week ago (loss of all services) and apart from a standard response telling me to use another router etc I've heard nothing since last Friday, despite sending an email every day to chase.
Its especially annoying as this is a recurring fault that f2s will not fix properly, they just reset their equipment - I advised this in the initial contact but have been ignored.

Antonio would be your first port of call as the technical support team leader and he seems to get good results.

Short of that I have no idea who's in post anymore.

Yeah I did contact Antonio through here but he hasnt logged on for a couple of days, maybe he is on leave or just too busy.

I just managed to get hold of support by phone and apparently someone is going to look in to it..
