Escalation Contact?
Does anyone have an email address/name to escalate support issues to?
I logged an issue a week ago (loss of all services) and apart from a standard response telling me to use another router etc I've heard nothing since last Friday, despite sending an email every day to chase. Its especially annoying as this is a recurring fault that f2s will not fix properly, they just reset their equipment - I advised this in the initial contact but have been ignored. Thanks |

Antonio would be your first port of call as the technical support team leader and he seems to get good results.
Short of that I have no idea who's in post anymore.

Yeah I did contact Antonio through here but he hasnt logged on for a couple of days, maybe he is on leave or just too busy.
I just managed to get hold of support by phone and apparently someone is going to look in to it.. |
