Network outage
I just updated our status page with the statement below.

There is currently a core network outage affecting broadband customers in the following exchanges:

STURMINSTER NEWTON
NEWENT
BROMYARD
BERKELEY
MILLBROOK
PORTREATH
NARBERTH
TAIN
BITTON
LUDLOW
SOUTH MOLTON

The issue is being addressed as a priority and our Network operation team is coordinating with our suppliers and working towards a resolution. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Our status page has been updated with the statement below.
