I emailed f2s to ask for a MAC code five days ago. I've just got a reply telling me the email could not be delivered -

I have now 'phoned for a MAC code. Very pleasant lady dealt with my request so no problems there but I was told that a regrade I asked for a couple of months ago hasn't gone through as it is 'stuck'!. Apparently cancelling this is going to delay my MAC code just a little bit. How do they manage to forget that someone has asked to be regraded?

Also the telephone number given on the 'How to migrate' thread somewhere else is out of date. It is now 0871 230 9311.

I also got the same bounce from f2s when requesting a MAC by email. It took SIX days to send the bounce. I suspected something was up before I got the bounce so I phoned for the MAC. Yet another SNAFU or is it a plot to make lots of money out of their expensive 10p a minute 0871 phone line?

I got my MAC today. Quick response - probably due to the nice lady. I think I'll give TitanADSL a chance.
