I may have accidentally found a solution to the email problem, it worked for me so maybe its worth a try.
I have two main accounts and they were full of spam and I was getting "Error Code 0x8000CCC90 Could not read message file." Just now I went to my mail boxes through the web and cleared out all the spam (hundreds!) and some normal emails I didn't need to download. I don't know why but I tried Outlook again and blow me both accounts that were showing that error downloaded so I at the moment I am all clear. Might be worth a try. |

Re: Possible Solution to Email problem . .
Good work Bikerdave55...
For the error that you were getting this should work in most cases. I was getting ready a DIY guide to post here on how to fix the different errors with the POP3 client and this was going to be part of one of the things to try. Looks like some users are getting flagged messages as spam that the client is not able to download. Unfortunatelly it doesnt work in every case and the particular message has to be deleted manually from the server... if for any reason you do this and you still getting the error there are some other things to try (you will be able to see the DIY guide soon) but if you try all and still you get the error, then you have to contact support or PM me... |

Re: Possible Solution to Email problem . .
Dont live at F2S just trying to finish the DIY guide before going to bed...
that way people would have something to try before being forced to provide me with their username/password...
