F2S mail is getting beyond a joke.

For the last couple of weeks the mail service has been diabolical. Today we are back to square one - yes I can receive mail - but no I cannot send - unless of course I go to webmail when I can send but apparently cannot receive. Anyway webmail is not acceptable just a personnel preference.
I am beginning to think it time to move to talktalk or post office isps

Can I suggest you look through the other threads about the recent problems where several users have made suggestions on having your email separate to your broadband provision incase something like this happens with the new provider (wouldn't trust talktalk as far as I could throw them).
