Trying to send 500k excel attachment tonight but the e mail server wont accept it! Is there still problems with the server?

I've been having problems with email and DNS - fixed DNS using a completely different server, but still can't send email - can't get onto the F2S site either.

Tried again today - will not send either by conventional o express or webmail - will someone please look at this. Getting v v fed up with f2s. Its just seems to be one thing after another.

You’ll need to raise the issue with F2S themselves; I’m not sure forum members will be able to help (remember, this forum is not run by F2S, we’re just a bunch of F2S customers trying to help each other). You could try sending a PM (Private Message) to Helen_F2S, she does work for F2S, and seems to have been quite involved with the recent e-mail problems.

There's an on-going issue with mail for those on the LLU platform, it seems to be DNS related, which causes time-outs. See front page of this site. Are you on LLU or BT IPStream?

umm not really sure! Got standard 8 mb (ha ha) max connection. I can browse (if v slowly at times) and receive e mails ok

I've not been able to send attachments either from Outlook or from Webmail since 17th/18th May. Logged a ticket with F2S yesterday. No reply at all from F2S yet.
Used to be very happy with the service from F2S but I read lots of ongoing email problems on this forum, and I wonder how anyone can manage to bodge up a server upgrade to this degree.

I haven't been able to send any email or attachments since about 17th May also. Have an appalling upload speed and have raised it numerous times with f2s to no avail.

Come on f2s sort it out!
