I have an ADSL account with f2s which gives me 20 e-mail addresses. I have my e-mail address but am trying to set up adresses for my wife and son. I have set up the adresses and e-mail sent to them goes into my INBOX. Now I could filter these to a separate box but they would want to password protect this and also to ensure that sent mail appears to come form them rather than me. I cannot find any detailed instruction this and would be grateful if someone can tell me how to do this.

I may have confused alias with new addresses but step by step instructions would help.

Thanks

Hi Justin

I saw this post but the problem is that I set up the e-mail address but my son's e-mails are going into my INBOX and any e-mails he sends appear to the receiver to have come from me. When I put the names into "check availability" it confirmed they were OK but did not give me a register option.

Hi,

Yes, if you need to click the box option on the Email Address Creation page, rather than the Alias, basically alias is another word for a forward to another address on the freedom2surf mail server.

When you go to check avaliability and click the box after entering the address, you should, as I've just tested, get a screenshot saying the following :

Email Menu

freedom2support@ f2s.com is available for use.

Register Try Another
Simply hit the register link, if you can't see the register link, please post me a screenshot of the screen you are getting, as you should be able to get one.

Kind Regards,
