Hi,
Ive had another email address set up at F2S for about a month but forgot the password. I have reset the password online but a day latter its still not accepting it. Any ideas? -=Neil=- :ninja: :ninja: :ninja: |

Hi,
Standard Proecedure for this is the following : 1) Delete the email account using the members login. 2) Wait at least 24 hours 3) Re-Create the email account 4) Wait at least 24 hours 5) Try logging in then. I can gurantee this will work, if it doesn't, there is something seriously wrong, as that is the Official Procedure on how to fix that issue! Good Luck! <!--EDIT|Justin|Jun 30 2002, 11:13 AM-->
