Sorry for the late reply but I was on holidays....
![]() Your case was escalated to me this morning before I had a chance to look at the forums to catch up with last week posts... After 2 minutes I found why the mailbox was not receiving any emails. There was a re-direction set up in web sieve sending all incoming emails to a different address for a domain not registered with F2S and with a MX record not using F2S mail servers. I removed the redirection to test and a test email reached the inbox. I put the redirection back and I asked the engineer that was dealing with your case to get back to you with the update. I also had a look at our mail server logs for the last week and I can see emails reaching your account with no problems but then being redirected... I am afraid that the problem doesnt seem to be in our side. It looks like the issue is with the mail server that you are using for the domain in your redirection.... If I have read the thread correctly, you are using your own mail server for your domain and you say that no emails are being received by your server. You really should have a look at your server and try to find out why you are not receiving any mails... My apologies that it did take this long just for you to find that you may have a problem with your mail server, I have already spoken with my engineer about this...

I completely forgot about the redirection rule. However, I have made no changes to my home server settings, but that's my problem and I will investigate. It still leaves unexplained why my other f2s mail accounts were also affected, albeit temporarily. Having said that, all my accounts are now working correctly. Good find Antonio; and good honesty on educating the investigating engineers. I propose a cloning solution for Antonio to make several more!
