Incoming mail server

We are investigating reports from customers having problems connecting to the incoming mail server. As son as I have any more ifno I'll let you all know...

This issue has been resolved and all customers should now be able to access their incoming mail.

Webmail keeps thowing me out to and it's very very slow.

yep me too, I can't log into my webmail either, it's not recognizing my username or password.

Hi not here it isnt, can send mail but nothing coming in, or I should say I still cannot access my mailbox, its still asking for my password and user name..not checked webmail as yet

Ironically, when we have these outages, the most annoying thing is that the junk still gets thru - and the important stuff doesn't or is lost forever - this seriously angers me.

Well I also think mails to hotmail addresses are being bounced back, I have sent 2 / 3 to my hotmail account, and as I run MS messenger which pops up a window stating you have mail, so far no window has popped up in 30minutes or so, and as I still cannot access me mailbox to check I can only guess , sending yes that seems ok tho.. wel it was

At last check Alan I can't log into my webmail but I shall go and try again - don't hold out much hope though.

ok I'm back and was able, this time, to access my webmail first in 2 hours that I got through, but only 2 emails there. Looks like webmail may be working, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well you have to be patient with magic dust, it has to be left to work its ..well magic, still ok sending, but no webmail or of course I/C mail

Hi All

Well its Saturday morning, and still I cannot retieve my mails, yes I can seemingly send,
Ok I understand that finding these faults can be difficult, but I (we) are paying customers, payng for a service, and I did call tech suooort last night thru sheer desperation, needed to be desperate to call a premium rate line, but it would be so nice to be told when service will be resumed or what in hell is going on ,,Antonio seems to be the guy that gets things sorted, maybe some magic dust sent his way perhaps.. Tthe tech support guy said that their technicians work 24/7

Hi Antonio, still having the mails to hotmail.com accounts getting bounced back as undeliverable , this is whats sent back .......

The following message to <******@hotmail.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:

I assume its a related issue but I am having problems with webmail system. Log in either fails or takes ages, and then if it does log on it times out 90% of the time when you click on mail to open and read it. Its been like that since yesterday evening... Any ideas ?
