Problems authenticating to send messages

I have a user who can't authenticate to relay messages. I've confirmed the username and password are correct by logging into her mailbox via telnet (transcript below - Passwords replaced with X's).

I've then tried to relay via outmail.parkvetgroup.com from Outlook with the same details and it failed.

I have a little script I created a year ago to test SMTP authentication failures while I was setting up SMTP authentication up on my own servers. I used this script with Natalies details and it fails (transcript below - Passwords replaced with X's).

I realise your next thought will probably be "his script probably aint working right", but if I try the same script with a different username and password I know to be right it works (transcript below - Passwords replaced with X's)!

This happened a three or four weeks ago with a couple of different users with the same domain. I called Technical Support whom couldn't replicate the problem and then it mysteriously started working again.

Are you having this problem with all the users for parkvetgroup.com or just this user?

The second one was from the same domain and it worked by the looks of it.
