Had a call from TTB today trying to talk me into switching away from my F2S account to the much 'faster and reliable' TTB business account. Unfortunately, as I wasn't at home, my wife took the call, so I'm not 100% sure of the detail as she is not tech minded.
One thing that was mentioned is their intention to completely phase out and close down all F2S accounts - they didn't give a deadline date for this, but said it would be quite soon. Ever since TTB took over F2S, I've experienced regular connection drop-outs, which quite often would wipe all my router settings, including wireless network settings. Having to re-establish all these settings is becoming a real pain. I'm beginning to suspect that these drop-outs are a deliberate attempt to force me to move away from the F2S account. I was wondering if anyone else, still using an F2S account, is having the same issues, or have heard of their intention to close all F2S accounts sometime in the near future? Regards ![]()

Re: TTB intending to phase out ex-F2S accounts
Ive had phone calls to try to get me to move over to them but now i just say ive just renewed my BT contract for 12months that ends the call fast,Before i would say im not interested and they would try to tell me why i should go to them.
Im soso happy with my connection there is no way i would want to change no drop outs no problems. |

Re: TTB intending to phase out ex-F2S accounts
FWIW
Lost my old F2S email accounts last week so anyone no longer with F2S /TT would be advised to make sure you are not relying on F2S for email as they are closing the boxes as they said they would . jje |

I still have mine, but then again I still have a domain on the account.
