Monthly bill increase without warning
My most recent direct debit (Dec 2011) has gone up from £14.29 to £15.49 for broadband only.
I haven't received notification of any increase so I guess I could dispute it under the terms of the direct debit guarantee. But then TalkTalk may inform me correctly and the bill will go up anyway, so there may only be a one time saving of £1.20 My speed's only a quarter of the 8Mbps hoped for, and they haven't convinced me after all these months that their "upgrades" are obtainable and therefore worth paying extra for. |
